Bob Joined the fire company in July of 1968 and was an active firefighter through the late 70's. Bob continued to serve with the company on a social level helping out at Christmas parties, pancake breakfasts, spaghetti dinners and other community events through the 80's and early 90's. He also volunteered at his church and delivered food from a local food pantry. Giving back to his community began as a young man when he served his country in the U.S. Army reaching the rank of Corporal.
